The kitchen is finished with quartz countertops, SS appliances, an induction range + glass hood vent, & eat-up bar. The studio is an end-unit, located on the 2nd level and can be accessed without needing stairs.

This rental comes with 1 designated parking space. Guests have access to the private studio and the building common amenities. There are some common amenities at Confluence that can be shared with other residents. The River District is one of the best locations in urban Fort Collins. With Old Town a mere block away, you have all of the best amenities in our town at your fingertips. If you like beer, New Belgium is also a block away, and O'Dells is blocks away...basically there is more beer in 1/4 mile radius than just about anywhere else in the world. Do you like to kayak? This is a fully furnished luxury loft includes all utilities (electric, natural gas, internet, Sling TV, water, sewer) and downtown parking. Tenant to keep property clean and broom swept and agrees to move out instructions. Pets allowed. No smoking.

The base price of this unit is $2000 per month. It is subject to seasonal pricing, so please inquire as to which month(s) you are looking to rent. There is a $500 security deposit, $200 cleaning fee, and a $60 application fee. Dogs are allowed with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee.
